Standards

How we measure clean.

Clean is not subjective. It is a set of observable, verifiable conditions. This page outlines the standards we apply to every assignment.

Training

Every Ven Clean employee completes a forty-hour training program before working unsupervised. The curriculum covers chemical safety, cross-contamination prevention, proper equipment use, and customer privacy.

Medical facility cleaners receive an additional twenty hours of training on bloodborne pathogens, sharps handling, and terminal cleaning procedures.

Products and equipment

Chemicals

EPA-registered

All disinfectants are EPA-registered and labeled for the specific pathogens we target. Safety data sheets are available for every product.

Equipment

HEPA-filtered

Vacuums use HEPA filtration to capture particles down to 0.3 microns. Microfiber cloths are color-coded by area to prevent cross-contamination.

Green

Responsible choices

We offer green cleaning programs using products certified by Green Seal or EcoLogo for clients who prefer them.

Technology

Digital checklists

Crews use mobile checklists with photo documentation. Supervisors review completed work remotely before leaving the site.

Quality assurance

  • Daily checklists. Every room has a documented standard. Crews photograph completed work.
  • Monthly inspections. A supervisor visits each site monthly with a scoring rubric.
  • Client reports. You receive a monthly summary of inspection results and any corrective actions.
  • Feedback loop. Client comments are logged and tracked to resolution.

Safety

Our workers are trained in OSHA hazard communication standards. We carry workers' compensation insurance and general liability coverage. Background checks are conducted on all employees before their first assignment.
