Cleaning is a craft.
Ven Clean LLC was founded in April 2025 by Antonio Sanchez, who spent a decade managing facilities for a hospital system before starting his own company. He saw that most cleaning services treated the work as unskilled labor — and the results showed.
Our approach
We hire carefully, train thoroughly, and pay fairly. Every Ven Clean employee completes forty hours of training before their first solo assignment. They learn chemical safety, cross-contamination prevention, and the specific protocols for each type of facility we serve.
We do not use gig workers or day labor. Our crews are employees with benefits, because we believe that people who are treated well do better work.

EPA-registered disinfectants and green alternatives where appropriate. Safety data sheets available for every product we use.
Supervisor oversight
Monthly inspections with photo documentation and a report to the client.

Antonio Sanchez
Antonio is a certified ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) professional. He lives in Bridgeport and serves on the board of a local workforce development nonprofit that helps immigrants find stable employment.
